First and foremost, this site is here to help me organize my thoughts for my books. I hope you will keep that in mind.

Yeah... stupid title, but I couldn't really think of anything else.

Lately I've been getting these little snippets of ideas for phrases and putting them into Elvish. The first one is in Languages, but I thought it'd be cool to see what other people came up with, too. It doesn't have to be in Elvish, that's just what... I... yeah, it doesn't matter lol.

It's in Quenya because they didn't have all the words I wanted in Sindarin, but it says:

Don't get... the quote? Truthfully... I don't understand that one either. *Shrug* I just thought it looked cool in Elvish.

Well, Finn, if you think about it, Tolkien basically made Middle-earth so he would have a place for people who would speak elvish... Lol.

Besides, I love how that works. The quote doesn't really have much meaning, but it sounds cool in another language, so meaning doesn't matter... Lol. ^_^

Oh, there are plenty of websites where you can find English to Elvish dictionaries, and you can find the grammar rules and everything. I have one of them listed under the "Information" board, I think.
